MC member breaking rules?

This member of the MC was caught red-handed breaking the golden rule in the DE club room ---- He was caught eating yong tau hoo. Initially, he tried to hide 'in' his tee-shirt. However, he later decided to come out of it and gave an 'almost perfect' story about why he was eating in the room. Was he guilty or not? You be the judge.
